Parts Advisor

Purely Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client based in Macclesfield. Our client is a family owned dealer group operating a number of franchised automotive brands across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire & the West Midlands.

• Working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
  
• Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
  
• Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
  
• Maximising parts and accessory sales to customers.
  

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor

• Knowledge of: Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle operating systems or similar DMS Systemswould be an advantage.
  


• Front and back counter sales experience to the trade or retail customers.
  


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  


• Confident working within both retail sales and workshop environments.
