Job Description
- Update the HR system with any changes on a regular basis
- Follow up on the internal transfers and maintain accurate data in the internal transfer log
- Work with managers to update the job descriptions and issue Job descriptions for new positions
- Update the organization charts monthly to reflect all changes
- Prepare the allowances payment sheets
- Support in coordinating HR internal communication activities
- Create HR Analytics Reports
Duration: 6 Months Project as a temporary employee
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 3 years of HR experience
- business or any relevant degree
- Basic knowledge of HR functions
- HR certificate/ Course is a Must
- Hard worker, Independent, Learner, passionate about HR
- Details oriented with analytical thinking
- Available and will be committed for 6+ months of Temp employment
- Very Good Excel
- Very Good English
