Job Description

  • Support organizational planning including Creating and updating Organization Charts to align with the organization’s Goals & Objectives.
  • Ensure the updated org Chart reflects changes that occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations.)
  • Develop and review various HR policies, procedures, and design-related flow charts.
  • Creates & updates job analysis methods to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
  • Enhance performance management system and develop methods of measuring, techniques & forms to align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee all activities of annual performance Appraisal (Evaluations, reporting, Identifying performance gaps and feedback).
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and annual performance Appraisals.
  • Designing training programs and delivering training in line with the development strategy of the company
  • Plans, organize and facilitates Employee development programs and training events.
  • Manage external training providers (from the selection of the providers to the closure of the projects)
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation.
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or relevant field
  • Certificate of HR Management is a Must
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to build good working relationships
  • Good planning & organizational skills.
  • Change and Result oriented.
  • Social and communication skills
