Job Description

In collaboration with the company manager and under his supervision, The operation officer and representative will handle the following tasks:

  1. Doing quotations for requested tours.
  2. Adding the booked tours to the operation system and sheets.
  3. Operation work for tours, such as coordination with tour guides, drivers, local operators, etc and follow up of existing tours.
  4. Represent the tour company before its guests and meet and greet them.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (Owner, Director, and Operations Manager).


GENERAL TERMS

  • Work under Freedom and Responsibility Philosophy, based on targets previously agreed, with flexible working schedule and teleworking option. (Work from home is common in our team)
  • Ability to join tours for training and information update purposes when needed.
  • Monthly meetings to discuss the performance with the CEO, Travel Advisors and Operations and the rest of the Admin Team.

Job Requirements

SKILLS NEEDED

  1. Energetic personality and eager and able to learn fast.
  2. Excellent computer skills (Internet, CRM, Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc)
  3. Fluent in English, speaking and writing. Fluency in French will be and additional advantage.
  4. Familiarity with the destinations the company offers tours in.
  5. Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
  6. Having previous experience in the field is an additional advantage.
