Job Description
In collaboration with the company manager and under his supervision, The operation officer and representative will handle the following tasks:
- Doing quotations for requested tours.
- Adding the booked tours to the operation system and sheets.
- Operation work for tours, such as coordination with tour guides, drivers, local operators, etc and follow up of existing tours.
- Represent the tour company before its guests and meet and greet them.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (Owner, Director, and Operations Manager).
GENERAL TERMS
- Work under Freedom and Responsibility Philosophy, based on targets previously agreed, with flexible working schedule and teleworking option. (Work from home is common in our team)
- Ability to join tours for training and information update purposes when needed.
- Monthly meetings to discuss the performance with the CEO, Travel Advisors and Operations and the rest of the Admin Team.
Job Requirements
SKILLS NEEDED
- Energetic personality and eager and able to learn fast.
- Excellent computer skills (Internet, CRM, Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc)
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing. Fluency in French will be and additional advantage.
- Familiarity with the destinations the company offers tours in.
- Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
- Having previous experience in the field is an additional advantage.
