Operations Specialist

About the Job

• Manage all the required communications with the users on our platform
• Manage the communication between the team members
• Handle different documentation/communication tasks in parallel
• Communicate any required actions to the PM
• Prepare all the presentations required
• Manage all the calls/emails received from users/customers
• Contribute in the planning meetings to enhance the operations process

Job Requirements

• 3+ Experience in operations and customer service
• Experience in software is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to handle different tasks in parallel
• Excellent documentation skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
