Job Description

  • Creation of GRNs & entry sheet service for any material or service done in the division on monthly basis to reflect correctly in the P&L
  • Collect all ESRs related to all expenses and compile them to Finance dept.
  • Create SD once the job is done to create the invoices on daily basis
  • Visiting clients to follow up the process of collection and deliver log file or anything related to operation with the clients.
  • Make provision expenses of division to reflect correctly in the monthly P&L.
  • Following with procurement department the creation of POs to prevent any delay with the suppliers.
  • Follow with the base manager and engineer in charge in Matrouh base if the service or martial delivered correctly before creating GRN and proceed in suppliers invoices.
  • Create toll fees sheet and update after all achieved jobs with the client to claim it and follow collection process.
  • Prepare excel sheet for all hotshot invoices of the month.
  • Stock issue manual excel from tickets and on SAP after that
  • Monthly visit to Matrouh Yard to follow up inventory and all operation’s needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Work Experience not less than 3 years
  • Very Good English Skills
  • Very Good at MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Male
