About the Job

We are looking for a professional Operations Business Analyst who will be responsible for help drive projects and bring value through operations.Identify, distinguish, and analyze multiple components of a problem and then make conclusions using high-level quantitative skills. Common responsibilities include strategic operations analysis, identifying performance trends, scanning business trends, reviewing sales, operation, financial analyses, and interpreting data.

Successful candidates shall have strong communication skills to be able to deal with a variety of people across the company departments

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem
  • Develop and drive business analysis capabilities, recommending changes to improve and influence decision making
  • Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then make recommendations for business improvement
  • Carry out research, analysis, and present findings in a clear and simple way to explain the situation and inform and influence decision-making.
  • Work with stakeholders to produce clear problem and opportunity statements.
  • Provide input on strategy, based on knowledge of technology trends
  • Synthesize findings from analysis and make verbal/written recommendations to upper management
  • Use a variety of methods to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Analyses and define functional and non-functional requirements to take account of business goals and priorities.
  • Facilitate workout problem-solving sessions with functional leaders across the organization
  • Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses
  • Interpret data based on specific knowledge of statistics and procedures used
  • Develop a good working knowledge of the business goals, priorities, and processes for the relevant business areas.
  • Document and analyses as-is processes, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Design, validate, and clearly document efficient to-be business processes that align with our target operating model, behaviors, and values.
  • Plan, design and manage the process by which new business processes will be maintained and updated through operational continuous improvement.
