Operations And Data Engineering Manager

Job Description

• Collecting, processing, analyzing & enhancing all data and extract useful Knowledge to the optimization of offers and services of the company.
• Assists the Operation Director in his duties.
• Setting up processes & methods for all operation data (transport, station, ticketing,etc..
• Collects &organizes data from different systems to make them workable
• Analyzes the data, defines or proposes new indicators, produces regular reports and ad hoc studies in support of the continuous improvement process and the resulting action plans
• Ensures the cleaning & enrichment of the company's databases and improve their quality, consistency throughout their processing
• Monitors new technologies and software solutions for data collection and analysis

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. with Physics / Electronics / Computer Science.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience of extensive proven gained in a railway operation or similar environment
• Fluent English Command
• Master Excel's advanced features (Knowledge of Data Visualization tools)
• Knowledge of the Big Data ecosystem (Hadoop, ELK, data lakes ...)
• Basic comprehension of Electrical power and Mechanical Engineering
