Responsibilities:
• Assist the operation manager as well as the team in database collection
• Coordinate the implementation of the different project activities
• Provide the team with briefing after each activity
• Report activity progress and field feedback
• Coordinate and communicate with beneficiaries and other member involved in the project.
• Follow up with team on progress and the work plan.
• Report budget spent and provided invoices and financial evidence.
• Responsible for following up with applicants, participants, attendees in the activities
• Handle logistical tasks required to run the activities
• Assist in the preparation of materials and facilities required.
