OPD Manager

About the Job

Responsible for:

• Increasing OPD Financial outcome by increasing the volume, CPV, referral and revenue of all specialties.
• Improving OPD service quality through close monitoring and constant enhancement to the OPD daily work.
• Efficient OPD Clinics Planning through Minimizing Clinic modification and Cancellation for Hospital Reasons.
• Improve the Clinical Care Outcome for OPD Patients through Monitor the Implementation of Diagnosis Based Treatment Plan, Clinical Documentation and APPROVED Clinical Protocols.
• Plan the operating schedule for the OPD clinics (working hours / specialty / physician): OPD closure in relation to OR time / specialty& /physician and make sure all physicians have met their agreed OPD working hours.
• Responsible for making sure all the specialties in the OPD clinics are covered on daily basis.

Job Requirements

• Must have experience in Out Patient Department ( OPD )
• Working 6 days per week & 1 day off
• +4 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory position
• Hospital management Diploma and/or MBA is a plus.
• BSc. Of Medicine, Pharmacy or Dentistry of an accredited university is required.
