Job Description
- Builds effective relationships with our customers.
- Advises our customers with the right products that develop their children skills.
- Uses our ecommerce platform and social media to sell our products.
- Receives Sales Orders and coordinate the required logistics to deliver to customers.
- Works hardly to achieves online sales target.
- Reports sales progress to the direct manager.
- Covers customers' inquiries timely and effectively.
- Handles customers' complaints timely and effectively.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate.
- Good command of English, ERP and MS Office.
- Communication, negotiation, customer oriented, and result oriented competences.
