About the Job
Handle the administrative tasks of the Head Office, assist the General Manager and coordinates the travel arrangements.
Manage all incoming business correspondence for General Manager, maintains the GM’s calendar and filing system, and prepares reports, memos, letters & presentations for the GM.
Responsible for the budgeting and availability of the stationery & sundries for the Head Office, as well as regulating equipment maintenance and Head Office housekeeping.
Managing workspace of Alex Office and Cairo Office.
Handles all travel arrangements overseas (air tickets, hotel reservations, visa, cars…etc) for all Departments in case of business missions and company events arrangements.
Responsible for negotiating Hotels corporate contracts and rental car rates with travel-related entities.
Supervise the office boys & office Administrators in Alex and Cairo to ensure efficient performance and monitor their KPIs.
Job Requirements
Experience within the same field from 5 to 8 years is a must
Bachelor degree .
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional English& Arabic Language (spoken and writing)
