- Experience within working within an IT / Software or similarly the fast-paced environment
- Experience in an international environment, having to account for different time-zones, etc.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize multi-task requests within short timescales and demanding deadlines
- Flexibility, able to excel in an environment where things can change quickly and responsibilities will be diverse
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous focus on quality.
- Fluency in English & Second Language is highly preferred (not a requirement but very much a nice to have).
- 5-10 proven working experience as a PA /Office Manager or a relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general software knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write business English and professional business correspondence.
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
