Design and develop recruitment forms and documentations needed along with the interviewing techniques and selection criteria
Evaluate and assess the manpower plan fulfilment and process
Design and develop a Performance Management system for all departments and all levels
Create and develop all kind of reports needed
Assist with developing Training and Employee Development function
Assist with the performance management and review process
Manage Business Processes for all functions, including process mapping, guidelines, Roles and responsibilities, KPIs and Measurements.
Update the company job descriptions and Charts
Develop recruitment strategies by taking information gathered from the business to pro-actively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods ( direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based and social media)
Provide guidance, training, expertise, and resources on strategic sourcing and recruiting tactics to team members.
Forecast quarter and annual hiring needs by department
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Experience in hospitals is a must
Males Only
Preferred HR diploma
3-5 years of experience in the same field
Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
