MSC Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Receive reports on telephone, email to work on and terminate it;
• Test equipment and used tools in machine maintenance to ensure its efficiency and validity to be used;
• Participate with technician in examine and identify break down of photocopiers to ensure repair accuracy and its work efficiency;
• Participate with technician in identifying spare parts needed for machines maintenance, installing it, test machines after repair to ensure its quality;
• Collect cash from customers in exchange for machines maintenance or installing spare parts, delivering them an invoice to prove cost of maintenance and supplying the collected amounts to the company’s treasury;

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology,Computer or Commerce
• 1-2 years of experience in electronic ,computers or network Maintenance field
• Intermediate command in spoken and written English
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues with common sense.
• Ability to write technical documents/plans.
• Intermediate problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Have the basic knowledge in Network and server applications .
• Good knowledge in office software
• Have the basic information in electricity and mechanics
• Know how to deal and handle customers
