You shall be able to: Deliver enterprise productivity projects and high quality deliverables. Provide second level of support for the implemented solutions. Contribute in achieving the team objectives and goals. Deploy, configure, manage and monitor productivity solutions. Deliver enterprise projects and deliverables. Design, size, scope solutions projects. Develop WBS for projects and provide man power estimate to deliver. Implement complex Infrastructure and productivity solutions at customer sites. Provide second level of support for the implemented solutions. Provide second level of support to the Junior and associates team members. Present solutions/products to customers. Develop project documentations. Report all assignments and activities to his/her direct supervisor. Develop own technical capabilities according to the company product portfolio.
