Supervise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
Plan & supervise both internal and external work(s) maximising planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime
Coach and support tech assigned to the maintenance work in the performance of their daily repair and maintenance tasks
Follow clear accountability for maintenance material spend to manage expenditure
Record all jobs on system and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy
Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
Provide technical training to the team tech
Follow contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements
Follow to ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies
Act on behalf of Maintenance manager as delegated and take responsibility for large maintenance projects
Job Requirements
BSc of mechanical Engineering.
2 to 4 years of experience in Industrial Factories is preferred.
