Material Control - Planner Engineer

Job Description

• Manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.
• Determining material specifications, creating and maintaining inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments.
• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Releasing the weekly / monthly inventory report to senior management.
• Review BOQ released from Technical office, reviewing the available stock then issue PR accordingly.
• Monitor production consumables and issue PR for consumable items and spare parts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• +3 years experience.
• Must be worked atABB panel builder.
• Warehouse & inventory management, Logistics, inventory management, material planning, purchasing, experience with ABB Panel builder.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
