Marketing Manager

Duties:

• Create and execute Marketing strategies according to company's strategic vision and objectives
• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Responsible for TV campaigns
• Responsible for offline Marketing such as Billboards, flyers, etc.
• Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely and Achieve required sales target on quarterly and annual basis
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Be up-to-update with all new technologies and techniques
• Involve in the products’ pricing, and offers and discounts planning
• Lead, coach and guide employees regularly to help them achieving their KPI’s accordingly achieving department’s objectives and company’s strategic objectives

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Marketing Manager is a must, in E-commerce field or Marketing Agencies
• MBA degree is highly preferable
• Experience in TV campaigns
• Experience in offline marketing
• Fluent English
• Very presentable
