Marketing Account Executive

Job Description

• Planning and carrying out PR campaigns and strategies
• Monitoring the public and media's opinion of your client or employer
• Writing and editing brochures, speeches, newsletters, websites and social media content
• Representing your company at events
• Acting as a spokesperson for the company’s brand
• Training employees on how to handle media inquiries and press interviews
• Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies and annual reports
• Managing and updating a client’s social media posts
• Devising and coordinating photo opportunities
• Managing, arranging and overseeing events
• Monitoring publicity and press coverage
• Commissioning market research
• Coordinating paid and unpaid advertising.

Job Requirements

• Experienced Account Manager with minimum of 2 to 5 years' proven experience in account management, sales, and marketing. (Marketing Agencies will be considered)
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Integrated Marketing Communication.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Sheikh Zayed residents are preferred.
• Experience with writing both long and short-form content.
• Experience managing events, print, activities, and doing PR campaigns, both digitally and offline.
• Ability to develop and build robust and appealing content across all our communications channels externally and internally.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and presentation skills

Definitely a plus:

• Experience in PR, communications, and employer branding is highly desirable.
• Experience with Employer Branding is a plus. Passion for Employer Branding is a must.
• Understanding of HR functions and employer branding.
• Knowledge of the IT and tech space with expertise in IT consulting or professional services offerings
