Management Development & Soft Skills Trainer

• Will be requested to create and adjust training material, training enhancement, tracking , analysis , creating the required quiz and assessment before and after training.
• Delivering soft skills training sessions in accordance to offshore account (American) standards.
• Trainer will be responsible of evaluating trainees & their overall progress .
• Responsible for delivering the required training related to inbound supervision and management to the entry level and middle management.
• Responsible for designing the required courses to match the organization challenges, and to enhance the internal profile.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Native or superior proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in the English language (American Accent)
• Inbound supervision training knowledge & experience.
• Perfect analytical , Reporting skills & MS office Knowledge
• Training development experience is a must
• Six Sigma yellow belt & TOT Certificates is a must
• COPC experience or certificate is a plus.
