Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

About the Job

• Responsible for ensuring that the machinery used to produce new and existing products run safely, maximum efficiency and output with cost efficiency.
• This includes applying and supervising total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and service equipment by people management.
• Carrying out maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
• Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery and automated systems
• Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work
• Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures or malfunctions
• Responsible for all maintenance operations
• Diagnose breakdown problems
• Design maintenance plans , strategies, procedures and methods
• Monitor and control maintenance costs
• Make all reports about the Maintenance operations
• Supervises the maintenance technicians in order to ensure their commitment to policies & work procedures.
• Anticipates needs, decide on priorities and adjust means and resources
• Fault finding during production.
• Performing planned and predictive maintenance plans.
• Monitor and manage equipment operation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years hands-on experience in FMCG " Preferably canned food ".
• Good English Language
• Good Communication skills- Excellent leadership Skills - Problem Solving skills - Able to work under stress - Organized
• Idol caliber must possess (dynamic & Can do attitude, Planning & organizing skills, Time Management)
