Maintenance Engineer

About the Job

• Design maintenance strategies and organize periodic procedures.
• Perform regaular maintenance and respond to equipment faults.
• Diagnose various problems and faults.
• Ensure that the equipment is working properly and review new parts.
• Conducting quality checks on all devices and equipment.
• Communicate with different departments and clients to provide appropriate solutions.
• Arranging and identifying the required materials and equipment with the procurement department.
• Ensure adequate maintenance tools and equipment storage are in place.
• Monitor and control periodic maintenance costs.
• Dealing with emergencies and emergency breakdowns.
• Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
• Work with specialized equipment such as PLC units.
• Writing maintenance strategies to aid in installation and operating instructions.
• Ensure that there is a continuous cover for machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
