Logistics Inventory Management Specialist

About the Job

• Having comprehensive experience about Supply Chain with special eye on Logistics & Inventory/Stock Management.
• Ensuring the proper storage of items or goods stored in the warehouse FIFO & LIFO.
• Reserving space allocation for property and items with proper SKUs.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Ensuring that labels for goods are updated and accurate and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
• Ensuring that all receipts are processed in a timely manner.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance by physically counting and identifying items or goods in the warehouse or stock room.
• Keeping accurate and detailed records and ensuring that information or details about goods or items are correct.
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or customer issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
• Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments.

Job Requirements

• 5-7 Years’ Experience in Logistics and Stock Management/Warehousing using ERP.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Shipments process, custom clearance procedures, International legalizations and local governmental challenges on Import.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Outstanding analytical & Planning Skills.
• Problem solving and high organizational skills.
• Excellent in speaking and writing English.
• Excellent in Advanced Excel (using Pivot Tables, V&H Lookups, Advanced Filters & Conditional Formatting)- Power I is a plus.
• Required outside visits for our warehouses & ports.
