Job Description
- Act as a primary contact to foreign suppliers; receiving new orders , answering all inquiries and following up too with our Marketing team for every request.
- Shipments Coordination; perform the administrative and logistics tasks associated with product shipment, release and delivery.
- Submit weekly analytical reports for all inquiries details, shipments and orders.
- Monthly planning with our Marketing team and our warehouse to follow up the stocks.
- Monthly plan for expected sales revenue.
- Visit customers.
Job Requirements
- Pharmacy Bachelor Degree Holder.
- Fluent in English.
- Females only.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize given tasks.
- Detail-oriented.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills (oral and written).
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook.
