Job Description
- Controlling shipments logistics operations ( Bookings , Followups, Documents reviewal) .
- Contacting shipping lines for rates and VSLs schedules .
- Updating EXCEL spreadsheets information .
- Manage tasks and contacts with both internally and externally .
- Fulfilling Client/Supplier shipments agreements .
Job Requirements
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Very Good written and verbal communication skills ( Arabic / English )
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize working plans.
