Job purpose
We are looking for Live Operations manager to oversee Live Operations on daily basis, delivering the captain’s training and handling questions, comments, and complaints regarding a Buseet service.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for captains, riders &Ops. complains handling.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking the day-to-day operations.
- Delivering the Captain’s training & onboarding.
- Responsible for delivering the daily liveoperations reports.
- uploading the required data properly on the system and sync correctly.
- Identify ways to improve operation experiences and processes.
- Monitor & Evaluate the quality standardsthrough outbound call and on-groundvisits
- Reporting & Solving captain's issues.
- Reporting & follow-up client issues withother teams to ensure fast actions.
- Reporting daily technical issues with the development team and ensure fast action is taken.
