Legal Affairs Specialist

About the Job
Help and assist in all company legal matters.
Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.)
Dealing with the investment authority and government departments.
Assists in drafting and administering all contracts.
Follow up the incorporation, amendment, registration of the board meetings and ordinary and extra ordinary general meetings.
Support all company departments by providing the supporting legal documents needed in the performance of their jobs.
Prepare cases for legal action of various kinds and secures evidence and documentation.
Assists in preparing, drafting, and reviewing all types of contracts for the company from partnership contracts, franchises, work, and other contracts.
Probe any infringement that may occur in the company submit a report to the HR and Legal manager regarding it and applying the provisions of Labor law and penal regulations.
Advise HR on employment law related matters.
Any other assigned legal tasks.

Job Requirements
BS Degree in Law.
Good command of in English and computer skills.
Registered at the Egyptian Bar Association.
Legal experience not less than 2 years.
Experience in construction and real estate companies is preferred
Very good Communication Skills
Advanced problem-solving skills.
