Lab Quality Engineer

About the Job

• Supports ongoing inspection and compliance testes fro received raw and pack materials
• Supports ongoing inspection and compliance testes for Semi FG and FG Specs.
• Supports implementing and assessing of on-going compliance to a quality testing program throughout the production cycle that is aligned with applicable specifications
• Supports implementing and verifying site calibration and maintenance program for inspection, measuring and testing equipment.
• Supports the implementation and maintenance of system where key quality data and information are recorded and preserved
• Supports new products trials in the site as appropriate for site lab quality
• Utilizes advanced statistical knowledge to maintain alignment between RM / PM Specs & capabilities of site processing, versus specification limits
• Prepares daily Charts of Lab Tests Analysis, identify deviations, and support in non-conformance analysis.

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Quality related Field
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or Automotive industry is an asset
• Alexandria resident is a MUST
