Supervise & support all teaching staff in the Key Stage & provide guidance by offering advice and leading regular professional development training sessions.
Promote, develop, implement and evaluate action plans for curriculum assessment.
Meet with Parents when needed.
Checks on implementation of Assessment for Learning strategies in the classroom.
Analyze assessment data to ensure Teaching & Learning meets the needs of all students in the Key Stage.
Monitor progress in all areas of the Key stage, and set development plans when required.
Job Requirements
Proven work experience in a Leadership position in a similar position.
Fluency in the English Language is a must.
A degree/Diploma in education is a plus.
Active, professional, and interested in education.
