Junior Sales Engineer

Job Description

• Searchingfor new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data
• Making sales visits to potential customers.
• Following up with existing customers through visits and phone calls.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Planning sales visits and business development.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
• Traveling to visit potential clients,
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Preparing reports for head office
• Customers' phone calls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Chemical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the sales organization of an Industrial/ Mechanical background or similar role.
• Excellent presentation, customer handling, and creativity skills.
• Excellentcommunications skills.
• Negotiationskills
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Skills in the art of verbal communication and the art of negotiation.
• Bearing work pressure.
• Telephone Skills.
• Patient/Persistent.
• Willingness to travel
• Having a car is a must
