- Implement recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational and line management needs
- Assist in analyzing organizational resources needs and plans for hiring
- Assist in analyzing the performance of the recruitment process and recruitment metrics
- Work with recruitment agencies for supply of resources
- Participate in employer branding initiatives
- Use social media marketing strategies to attract and hire talents
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
Job Requirements
- Junior Executive HR Candidates having Minimum Bachelors
- 1-year experience are highly prioritized.
