Junior Financial Analyst

Job Description

• Prepares long-term and short-term Xceed financial business plans and budgets to ensure accurate and efficient future estimations based on all departments' outputs
• Provide reports for department head on result analysis of expenses’ variances to compare between the budget and actual.
• Assist within the department in the development of the budget, planning and other corporate financial requirements to ensure accurate and timely issuance.
• Fulfill the pricing for new/current accounts in order to ensure the pricing completion in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare monthly and year end forecast results to compare the actual vs. budget
• Assist in preparing P&C process and procedures to set the department processes.
• Assist in enhancing the internal control process to ensure achieving targets and goals.
• Participate in the setup of Oracle, suggests changes on setup & design Oracle reports to ensure efficient Oracle applications usage and accurate generation of reports.
• Monitor and analyze COPC matrix to ensure that COPC standards are applied efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting ,Finance or Business is required (English section)
• Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply
• CMA or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in one of major ERP Systems (Oracle , SAP) ,Oracle Hyperion is a plus
• Strong excel and database skills
