Job Description

  • Journey Management planning and monitoring
  • The candidate will be required to execute the daily transportation plan by issuing, communicating and monitoring Journey Management plans for MSEEG personnel movements. This should Include field IVMS Monitoring, reporting all events and any tampering activities.
  • Operational vehicles Maintenance and registration
  • The candidate will be required to plan and execute operational vehicles maintenance schedule as per the dealer recommendations and safety standards. The candidate is required to follow up on the renewal of the vehicles registrations and establish a register per vehicle to maintain all the important docs.
  • Drivers work schedule
  • The candidate will be required to implement and coordinate MSEEG drivers working schedule, coordinate MSEEG drivers leave plans.
  • Update and follow up Road Register tracking report on monthly bases.
  • The candidate is required to inspect Company and contractors’ vehicles whenever requested and ensure that all vehicles meet MSEEG traffic safety requirements & regulations.
  • Road surveys & continues inspections and conducting Road Audit
  • The candidate will be required to perform a periodic to inspect the road conditions and identify the hazards and risks.
  • Monitoring allocated/staff vehicles
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate the assignment of the allocated vehicles, log and attend all complaints, follow up with the service provider.
  • Assist in maintaining integrated Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Implement and maintain integrated Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Management System as per the requirements of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and ISO 45001: 2018.
  • Help in investigating accidents / incidents and take corrective and preventive actions involving MSEEG personnel and contractor transportation companies.
  • Assist in implementing programs for QHSE Meetings, Audits and Inspections as per QHSE Plan.
  • Represent the company as the Subject Matter Experts in terms of Traffic Safety, Client Driving requirements, Road Safety.
  • Implement all Journey Management requirements.
  • Comply with all applicable Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Respect all local laws and customs.
  • Authorized toSTOPany unsafe trips and behavior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Years of Experience from 3 to 12 years in the same field
  • Very Good English Skills
  • Excellent in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Male
