Monitor Assigned Branches Connectivity.
Replace, renew and configure old hardware.
Update windows and other desktop applications.
Monitor Information Security Policy Execution.
Scheduled backup of users’ data.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications printers and scanners for Users.
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults occurred for users.
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting
problems; maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
Document all troubleshooting and incident management actions via the electronic incident management system in a timely manner.Investigate new technologies.
Give full support to the ERP system users.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/telecommunications/computer engineering or equivalent.
