Apply ITIL based processes (Incident, Event, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Change, SLA management, etc) for operation of projects
Perform scheduled maintenance activities and tasks such as antivirus, operations systems and other software updates, user client maintenance and the others.
Make escalation to 2nd level or 3rd level for higher troubleshooting
Notify status of incidents to internal and external contacts
Support end user for clients (laptop/PC, printers, desk phones, switch and the others)
Carrying out and delivering the works assigned to her with the ticket management system during the SLA.
He/She will work and report functionally with central IT in Turkey.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years experience in System and Network Support Specialist position
Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrics/Electronics Engineering or related departments is a plus
Knowledge of LAN/WAN/Security and related technologies
Knowledge of Server systems, Operating Systems and Storage architecture
PC literacy, ability to use office equipment, experience in MS Office products
Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR
Basic practical knowledge of Office 365 and Azure AD
Management experience of WSUS, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) environments.
Managing 3rd party IT companies.
Managing patch management, antivirus and backup units,
Managing ISO27001 and GDPR processes. Carrying out certification processes
Experienced in system room inventories cabinet, UPS, patch panel, air conditioning
