IT Project Coordinator

Job Description

• We are looking for an exceptional IT Project Coordinator who can successfully follow up on and assist project managers in executing large IT projects.
• Reporting to the PMO director and working in collaboration with key internal and external business stakeholders, the Project Coordinator will help drive critical projects from ideation to completion, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met, all within budget.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator

Job Requirements

• University degree in the field of Engineering, computer science, or information systems or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in project management, Information Technology, and managing complex projects
• Experience working successfully with both technical personnel and non-technical customers and staff
• Highly organized, energetic, and motivated.
• Experience using MS Project and other tools to track and manage projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in tracking key project management deliverables
• Effective Verbal and Written Communications Skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of Excel is a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred.
