Job Description

• Specialist in Interior & Exterior Designs, Landscape, Artificial Fountains & Swimming Pools- Moderns & Antiques Furniture Design.
• We are looking for an artful Interior and Exterior designer.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies particularly design programs.
• Responsible for organizing between the Design team, Site Team, Shop drawing team.
• Prepare design plans including electrical layouts, plumbing fixtures, ceiling, lighting, wall finishes, flooring, Painting, furniture, Cabinet, and all installations.
• Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client’s projects.

Job Requirements

• Professional experience in3Darchitectural visualization.
• Experience in2Dand shop drawings.
• Professional in 3DMax, Photoshop, Corona Modeling, rendering and post-production of high-quality visuals.
• Knowledge of Autocad, MS Office
• Extensive knowledge of furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Extensive knowledge of materiality and finishes
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• 3 - 5experience years.
• Must have a previous Design portfolio including 3D rendering.
