Inpatient Pharmacist

Job Description

Main Job Duties:

• Dispenses medications for outpatient.
• Recommends formula alternatives when appropriate.
• Provides drug information and education to outpatients.
• Report medication errors to senior outpatient if present to facilitate care.
• Participates in approved collaborative practice agreements and protocols if necessary.
• Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmaceutical science.
• Two years of experience in a hospital pharmacy is preferred
• Release from military/civil service (for Egyptian citizens).
