About the Job
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc. (for SKU)
- Execute imported materials supply plan received based on sales forecast for SKU (for imported items)
- Track inbound deliveries (starting from order placement till safe arrival into the company’s warehouse) and follow up on suppliers for off-track items
- Review shipping documents and take necessary action on resolving discrepancies in documents.
- Keeping good records (Adequate detailed records of orders placed) and documentation
- Communicate with the clearance agent to clear goods & ensures that goods are cleared in the most timely and efficient manner
- Communicate any issues with suppliers
- Process damaged and shipped items claims.
- Connect with purchasing to secure supply of local SKU
- Prepare accurate timely reports
- Continually reviewing logistics expenditures to keep carrying costs down where possible
- Follow up supplier & logistics services providers payments.
Job Requirements
- Very good English
- Bachelor degree
