• Determine the goals of the human resources team and follow up on the achievements periodically.
• Design and implementimplemaent the institution’s policies to help improve the work environment.
• Developing various wage and benefit plans.
• Support and suggest improvements in the entire recruitment process.
• Plan to host recruitment events and participate in various employment events.
• Discuss employee career development paths with managers.
• Monitor human resource metrics such as hiring percentage rates and cost of hiring processes.
• Review departmental budgets.
• Organizing learning and development programs for the various departments.
• Ensuring that human resources personnel meet employee requests and grievances in a timely manner.
• Follow-up human resources procedures to comply with the labor law.
• Preparing and submitting reports.
• Solve problems that occur between employees and management.
• Evaluating the performance of employees in order to motivate them and encourage them to develop and improve performance.
• Enhancing employee performance.
