Job Description
- Assign work activities
- Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
- Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures
- Manage inventory
- take necessary action to correct substandard performance
- Assist with managing the daily operations
- Manage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day
- Following with the Hub section head to improve operational efficiencies
- Train Hub personnel (operator) to meet operations activities’ needs
