Job Duties
Organizational Development :
- Supervise and participate in the process of preparing/updating company new/current job descriptions
- Organize team building exercises and workshops.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organization goals.
- Implement and support Performance Appraisals (make presentations and workshops for PA to different groups in organization) Administrating intranet regularly Compliance
- Support HR Director in implementing and updating policies, procedures and regulations
- Creating and updating org charts
- Create compensation and benefits programs
- Create employee satisfaction surveys and follow up on results and its action plans
Communication :
- Responsible for mapping and planning for the Annual Events and distributing the Corporate Engagements budget accordingly
- Responsible for Planning and Executing the Annual CSR Activities.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all giveaways and the marketing tools used.
- Responsible for all employee’s engagements, Event planning and internal communication aligned with the social media department.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a respectable University ,
- From 3-5 years of proven experience with the OD & Communication at the HR field
