Manage an end-to-end recruitment and hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Initiate a kick-off meeting with the vacancy requester to determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements.
Publish adverts on online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, etc.
Create job descriptions when needed and define interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder Preferred
Technical Recruitment experience in hiring Software developers is a must
3 years of solid experience as a technical recruiter.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment, great organization skills
Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience contacting passive candidates
Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques and strong knowledge of current hiring trends
