Responsible for the Factory personnel process including but not limited to:
Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority….) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
Ensure issuance of all governmental monthly and periodical payments on time.
Follow up and control the annual contracts renewal.
Fulfil and support employees with the hiring & resignation documents.
Control & improve the employees filing system.
Follow up the probation period evaluation with respective managers.
Responsible for payroll & compensation process of the outsourced employees.
Support in other HR functions or tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
