Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
Maintain and update HR Information System to ensure that all personnel information is up to date, properly & accurately captured, effectively managed and maintained at all times
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
In collaboration with the HR team, develop the HR Calendar and objectives for the year.
