Job Description Director of the Internal Supervision Department (Cleanliness) Experience in working in commercial malls, hospitals or hotels Supervising all cleaning and materials used Make schedules for people and divide them into shifts Follow-up cleaning procedures and storage of cleaning tools and materials. Monitor performance and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Distribution of disinfection and cleaning tasks to employees within the institution. Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs. Make minor adjustments and repairs. Follow up stores and submit orders for needs. Determining shifts and arranging vacations. Implementation of occupational health and safety rules.
