Job Description
- Providing the necessary technical support for all users of the devices within the company to maintain the efficiency of the workflow and not to be disrupted in all the company’s sites.
- Responsible for following up the operation of printers, photocopiers and surveillance cameras, and for contacting the authorized maintenance center in the event of a malfunction in one of the devices.
- Assist in diagnosing users' problems and suggesting corrective actions.
- Purchasing and preparing new devices for operation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a recognized university.
