Hardware Team Leader Engineer

Job Description

• Put the high level plane and the scheduled low level plane and follow-up.
• Follow up the Hardware Projects. Monitor and raise efficiency of the Hardware Team Performance. Provide the needed assets to the team.
• Addressing the gaps between the hardware requirements and the actual design.
• Review the Hardware Designs and Delivery Package to the Production.
• Preparing the design verification (hardware test plane) and participating the validation phase (system test plane).
• Participating FMEA and the technical risk assessment according to ISO 14971.
• Follow-up and communicate with the suppliers, manufacturers. Also, Other involved teams (Mechanical, Embedded firmware, Software, Algorithm, Biomedical, Quality and production).
• Prepare the required reports and the engineering documents to adhere with the quality management systems (QMS).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Proficient in EDA tools MS Office, Visio.
• Proficient in using All measurements devices: logic analyzer, Oscilloscopes …
• Hands-on experience in Product developments.
• Ability to solve different issues and problems.

• Organizational and time-management skills.
