About the Job
- Oversees all finishing works, and maintains high quality standard.
- Carries out technical supervision of ongoing finishing works at all stages.
- Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work.
- Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
- Responds to clients’ requests during and after the finishing process.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered to clients on time.
- Responsible for the procurement plan.
- Responsible for site daily operations and provides architectural solutions.
- Performs weekly & monthly reports.
